Geschiedenis
De neoclassicistische kerk uit 1843 verving een oudere kerk, waarvan de toren bleef. Deze 18e-eeuwse toren is in 1959-1960 verhoogd door architect Frits Peutz. De veelkleurige beschildering uit ca. 1900 is bij modernisering omstreeks 1960 (?) verdwenen. Belangrijke gebrandschilderde ramen door o.a. G. Eggen, M. van der Heijden (ca. 1960) en J. Vermeij (1980).
Monumentomschrijving Rijksdienst
R.K. kerk, in 1843 gebouwd met behoud van 18e-eeuwse toren, waartegen het huidige koor is aangebouwd. Driebeukige neoclassistische pseudobasiliek. In 1956 westwaarts vergroot. Inwendig gestucte tongewelven en toscaanse zuilen. Zeer rijk hoofdaltaar in Lodewijk XV-stijl uit de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw en twee 17e eeuwse zijaltaren. Orgel met Hoofdwerk, Positief en vrij Pedaal, in 1848 gemaakt door de gebroeders Müller uit Reifferscheidt (Duitsland). In 1987 weer in oorspronkelijke staat gebracht. Klokkenstoel met klok van anonieme gieter, 1763, diameter 49 cm.
