Zaalkerk gebouwd in 1913 door Egbert Reitsma volgens een model dat in deze jaren in Noord-Nederland veel voorkomt. Typerend is de combinatie van geverfde lambriseringen in het interieur met glas-in-loodramen, houten plafonds, gepleisterde muren en baksteendetails. Van buiten heeft dit type kerk, ook in Munnekezijl, een robuust bakstenen voorkomen, doorgaans met een uit de gevel oprijzende toren. Orgel uit 1920 van de Gebr.
